These are molds that I created in my garage at home for the fiberglass booms and fuselage. My pattern was a built up plane taken to primer stage. I used Plywood with clay and wax to get the parting lines that I needed.
They were reinforced on the back side and dowel pins were added to align the two halves together to mate the glass parts together for bonding.
A total of 25 sets of parts were created using these molds.
