This shows the three glass parts ready for final assembly and finishing. You can see that the fuselage dose not utilize any foam, just 2 lite ply former2 and a thre3 bulkheads. The Canopy is glass but easily removed to add a clear formed canopy.
The planes made using these parts were a lot lighter than the balsa built up versions and they could survive thru some pretty radical slam pancake landings where the gear would fold up into the fuselage and spring back out.
